There is some good news. &#160;WE Black and Ardent - the owners and developers have been in contact and they are pulling out of consideration/tendering for the Probation Service. &#160;This has now been released to the media so we are genuinely optimistic.

We should however point out that until a good neighbour and tenant is found for Trajan House and TVPS have signed a lease it may be wise to be cautious. &#160;We are West Oxford Community and are currently unsure if any other sites...]]></description>

9am 12th June - Daily Mail photographer booked for Mill Street -  he'll come to 50 (or 23) Mill Street.&#160;
We need to muster as many as  possible at short notice.&#160; They thought a handful of people would be  sufficient - but no reason why we can't try to be on mass!&#160;&#160;
We have spoken to a Daily Mail staff reporter.&#160; He has basically written the story and it's now up to the editors whether it gets in. I good photo might swing it.

More than 1,400 people signed a petition against the plans.

There is a council meeting at the at Town Hall, St Aldates (Council chamber) tonight, Monday 20th April at 4.45pm.

Matthew is petitioning the City Council (planning authority) and we have other people speaking too. We have been given a 5 minute slot.
